2/ More information about the meals-
All hotel guests receive the option for dinner on the day of arrival and lunch on the day of departure. Meals are served buffet-style. *When there are fewer than 20 guests staying at the hotel for the same period, meals are served on the basis of a pre-selected menu.
3 / Wearing wristbands-
For the safety of our guests, wearing a distinctive wristband with the hotel symbol is MANDATORY throughout the stay. If you rent the wristband to another person, you agree to leave the hotel immediately without being compensated.
The wristbands shall be returned at the reception upon leaving the hotel.
4/ Check-in and check-out
Check-in at the hotel is possible after 15.00. If your room is available earlier, we will be delighted to accommodate you. Check-out is until 11:30.
5/ Keeping quiet
Dear guests, please treat all other hotel visitors with respect. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment, therefore making noise in the evening is prohibited.
6 / Children at the hotel
The hotel welcomes all children. Please do not leave them unattended because their safety is a primary priority.
7/ Swimming pool
Dear guests, please use the pool as intended. Please do not leave your children unattended. The pool is not available in the evening. It is not permitted to reserve sun loungers around the pool – if there are no seats available, pool personnel will retrieve towels put on sun loungers with the aim of reserving them!

8/ Pets
It is allowed to accommodate pets up to 5 kg, for an additional payment of BGN 15 per day. Payment is made at the hotel’s reception desk upon check-in. Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, lobby bar, or pool area.
For early reservations an advance payment of 50% of the total price (non-refundable) is expected within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation.
For reservations with discounts and early reservations, full payment is required up to 7 days before check-in date.
For reservations without discounts, an advance payment of 30% of the total price is required (up to 5 working days following confirmation of the reservation).
For reservations without discounts – full payment up to 7 days before check-in date.
Reservations with an already paid advance that are not paid in full within the given period are considered canceled.
Payments are made by bank transfer;
Reservations that have not been paid within the time frame mentioned in the booking confirmation are considered canceled;
Amounts paid on discounted reservations are non-refundable;
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice if the reservation amount is not received by the date mentioned in the confirmation.
In case of cancellation or non-arrival for early or discounted reservation, the amount paid is not refundable.
On reservations without discounts, cancellations without penalty are made up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
After this period, a penalty of 2 nights from the respective base is due.
Tourist names and room arrangement can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
Reservation dates and room types can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
Non-arrival of reservations without discounts results in a penalty of two nights from the respective base.
