2/ More information about the meals-
All hotel guests start with lunch on the day of check-in and end with breakfast on departure. Meals are buffet style. *For fewer than 20 guests staying at the hotel for the same period, meals are served according to a pre-selected menu.
3 / Wearing wristbands-
For the safety of our guests, wearing a distinctive wristband with the hotel symbol is MANDATORY throughout the stay. If you rent the wristband to another person, you agree to leave the hotel immediately without being compensated.
The wristbands shall be returned at the reception upon leaving the hotel.
4/ Check-in and check-out
Check-in at the hotel is after 2:00 p.m. If your room is available earlier, we will be delighted to accommodate you. Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
5/ Keeping quiet
Dear guests, please treat all other visitors to the hotel with respect. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment, therefore making noise in the evening is prohibited.
6 / Children at the hotel
The hotel welcomes all children. Their safety is a top priority and therefore we ask that you do not leave them unattended.
7/ Swimming pool
Dear guests, please use the pool as intended. Please do not leave your children unattended. The pool is not available in the evening. It is not permitted to reserve sun loungers around the pool – if there are no seats available, pool personnel will retrieve towels put on sun loungers with the aim of reserving them!

8/ Pets
Pets up to 5kg are allowed, for an additional charge of 40 BGN / 20.45 € per day. Payment is made upon check-in at the hotel, at the reception. Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, lobby bar and around the hotel pool.
When booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation.
Full payment for reservations up to 21 days before check-in.
Reservations with an already paid advance that are not paid in full within the given period are considered canceled.
Payments are made by bank transfer;
Reservations that have not been paid within the time frame mentioned in the booking confirmation are considered canceled;
If payment is not received for reservations by the deadline specified in the confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them without prior notice.
In case of non-arrival of reservations or early departure from the hotel – the amount paid is not refundable.
Cancellations without penalty are made up to 21 days before the arrival date for reservations without discounts.
After this period, a penalty in the amount of the advance paid is due.
Changes to tourist names and room assignments are made up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Changes to reservation dates and room type are made up to 14 days prior to arrival if possible, and the change is considered a new reservation and is recalculated according to the current conditions on the date of change /discounts are waived/.
