HOTEL KAMENETS KITEN POLICY

1/Parking – Please note that the hotel has a parking lot with a limited number of parking spaces;
*Please note that parking in front of the hotel is charged additionally /20lv / 10.23 € per day/ – subject to availability, on site upon check-in. Advance reservation is not possible

2/More information about nutrition-

All hotel guests start with lunch on the day of check-in and end with breakfast on departure. Meals are served buffet-style and include also non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

*When there are fewer than 20 guests staying at the hotel for the same period, meals are served on the basis of a pre-selected menu.

3/Wearing bracelets-

For the safety of our guests, wearing a distinctive bracelet with the hotel logo, is MANDATORY throughout your stay. If you give the bracelet to another person, you agree to leave the hotel immediately without a refund of the amount already paid.

4/Check-in and check-out

Check-in at the hotel is after 2:00 p.m. In case your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you earlier. Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

5/Keeping quiet

Dear guests, please be respectful to all other visitors to the hotel. We value a peaceful atmosphere and for this reason, noise is prohibited in the evening.

6/Children in the hotel

All children are welcome at the hotel. Their safety is a top priority and we ask that you do not leave them unattended.

7/Swimming pool

Dear guests, please use the pool as intended. Please do not leave your children unattended. The pool is not available in the evening. It is not permitted to reserve sun loungers around the pool – if there are no seats available, pool personnel will retrieve towels put on sun loungers with the aim of reserving them!

8/Pets

Pets up to 5kg are allowed, for an additional charge of €20.45 / 40lv per day. Payment is made upon check-in at the hotel, at the reception. Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, lobby bar and around the hotel pool.

Policy for reservations, payment, cancellations and bank accounts

Payment terms and reservation guarantee:

When booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation.

Full payment for reservations up to 21 days before check-in.

If additional payment is not received for reservations with an already paid advance within the specified deadlines, they are considered canceled.

Payment is made by bank transfer;

Reservations not paid within the period specified in the reservation confirmation are considered canceled;

Cancellation and change conditions:

If payment is not received for reservations by the deadline specified in the confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel them without prior notice.

In case of non-arrival of reservations or early departure from the hotel – the amount paid is not refundable.

Cancellations without penalty are made up to 21 days before the arrival date for reservations without discounts.

After this period, a penalty in the amount of the advance paid is due.

Changes to tourist names and room assignments are made up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Changes to reservation dates and room type are made up to 14 days prior to arrival, if possible, and the change is considered a new reservation and is recalculated according to the current conditions on the date of change (discounts are waived).

It is important to bring a copy of the children’s birth certificates to the hotel upon arrival!!!
