ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

  • Children from 0 - 2 years old /incomplete/ - free of charge;
  • First child from 2 - 12 years old /under 12 years old/, on an extra bed with two adults - free of charge;
  • Second child from 2 - 12 years old /under 12 years old/, on an extra bed - pays 50% of the price for 1 adult;
  • Child up to 12 years old/under 12 years old, accommodated in a regular bed - pays 100% of the adult price
  • Third adult/or child over 12 years old/ on a regular or extra bed in a room – 100%;
  • When accommodating one adult in a room - one bed is paid -100% and 70% of the second bed;
  • When accommodating one adult and two children up to 12 years old/under 12 years old - the children pay 50% of the price of the regular bed.
  • 1 child up to 12 years old /under 12 years old/ accommodated with 4 adults in a one-bedroom apartment – free of charge/ does not use an extra bed/
  • When accommodating 3 adults + 2 children - the second child does not use an extra bed
  • The age of children is calculated on the date of check-in at the hotel.

Early booking discount: - 15% discount from the prices in the table for reservations made until 31.01.2024 – 50% advance payment until 10.02.2024

TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES OF RESERVATIONS FOR KAMENETS HOTELS

  1. A 50% advance payment is required within 5 days of booking confirmation;
  2. Full payment for reservations up to 21 days before check-in.
  3. In case of non-receipt of additional payment for reservations with discounts up to 21 days before check-in, the discounts on reservations are cancelled;
  4. Reservations with no advance payment received by the deadline specified in the confirmation from the hotel are considered cancelled.
  5. In case of cancellation or no-arrival of reservations made with a discount or early departure from the hotel, the amount paid is not refunded.
  6. Cancellations without penalty are made up to 21 days before the date of arrival
  7. After this period, a penalty is due in the amount of the advance paid;
  8. In case of early departure from the hotel, the amount paid is not refunded.
  9. Tourist names and room arrangement can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
  10. Changes to reservation dates and room type are made up to 14 days before arrival if possible, and the change is considered a new reservation and is recalculated according to the current conditions on the date of change.
  11. In case of non-arrival, a penalty in the amount of the paid advance;
  12. Changes are confirmed only when possible.
  13. Extra charge for a cot – 10.00 BGN / 5.11 € per day
  14. Hotel Kamenets reserves the right to change the prices in the table according to the economic conditions in the country/inflation/.

*Refunds are made within the legal period – 14 days – after confirmation by the hotel;

***Please note that Hotel Kamenets in Kiten and Hotel Kamenets – Nessebar have parking lots with a limited number of parking spaces;
*Please note that parking at both hotels is charged additionally /20 BGN / 10.22 € per day/ – subject to availability, on site upon check-in. Advance reservation is not possible

*Please note that the parking lot is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages;

Hotel Kamenets reserves the right to charge, withhold and demand from customers all amounts for penalties for canceled, changed or prematurely terminated reservations, according to the published cancellation conditions:

  • In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of no-arrival, the total amount of the reservation is retained as a penalty.
  • In case of an earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the reservation is NOT refunded.
  • Amounts for paid reservations with early bird discounts and special offers are non-refundable.
  • No changes are allowed for reservations made with early bird discounts and special offers, incl. change of names, type of room, type of meals, number of guests, dates of arrival and stay. A change in one of the above parameters will be considered a new reservation
